When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail on 19.01.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.363 of 2023.

However, he did not comply with the conditions imposed.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
