The writ petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 01.07.2014 in which the petitioner was transferred from Periya Nayakkan Palayam Town Panchayat to Karamadai Town Panchayat. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that, even though stay was granted in the writ petition, in compliance with the orders of transfer, the petitioner joined at the transferred place on 17.07.2014 and thereafter, the petitioner also expired on 21.04.2015. The benefits in respect of the deceased employee had also been settled to his legal representatives. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
