ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.04.2026, seeking bail in Crime No.337 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 125, 324(4), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant robbed a sum of Rs.700/- at knife point. Hence, the case.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has 10 previous cases.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is an habitual offendor having 10 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
