This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail conditions in para No.6 (b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11933 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
