We may however note that since the prayer is limited to disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.8.2012 qua the alleged encroachments in S.No.479/2 and 482 of Perumbakkam village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the second respondent on his inspection of site, will take necessary action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, if the allegation of the petitioner is found to be correct. Needless to say, the said exercise be carried out within a maximum period of three months' of the receipt of the copy of this order.
