This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11053 of 2023 on 11.05.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is completed and charge sheet filed in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2023 before the POCSO Court, Thiruvannamalai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the POCSO Court, Thiruvannamalai on all hearing dates without fail.
