(CRIME NO.2231/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further period of 15 days to comply the conditions imposed in the order dated 10.11.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.17890/2020 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper to the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 10.11.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3.Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
