Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2013 and dispose the same within a reasonable time and consequently and to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the block of Drainage Line of Jeyam Nagar 1st Street, Keelkuppam Village, Arakkonam, Vellore District.
