A 'common order dated 14.07.2021 (issued on 20.07.2021) bearing reference F.No.380/59-63/B/SZ/2018-RA/3715' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity] made by the first respondent under Section 129DD of 'Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)' [hereinafter 'said Act' for the sake of convenience and brevity] has been called in question.

3. Five petitioners belong to one family, the source of right which they seek to assert is common and prayer is common qua a common impugned order.

4. In the light of the aforementioned narrative, captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayer for subject to a condition that five petitioners should pay separate Court fee. 27.09.2021 (1/3) mk 2/3
