PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the second respondent relating to the impugned notice dated Na.Ka.No.1457/LW/O dated 21.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to implement the order passed by the fourth respondent in Proceedings No.A 1091/2008, dated 24.06.2009 and Corrigendum issued in No.A 1091/2008 dated 06.07.2009 and No.A 4651/2009, dated 10.10.2011 which is confirmed by this Court in WP No.14971 of 2009, dated 31.10.2011. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to the said effect. Recording the said submissions and the endorsement of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
