The case was listed for final hearing on 22.11.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 25.11.2019. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 25.11.2019, on that day also none appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter once again under 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the caption "For Dismissal" on 26.11.2019. When the case is taken up today i.e., on 26.11.2019, even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.

2. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
