The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that this Writ Petition was earlier dismissed for non-prosecution on 26.11.2019 and subsequently, it was restored on 07.04.2025.

2. When the Writ Petition was earlier taken up for hearing on 13.10.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
