C.R.P. No.2201 & 2202 of 2019 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2201 & 2202 of 2019, has directed the trial Court to dispose the I.A.No.135 of 2019 in O.S.No.18 of 2014 within a period of one month and suits in three months.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.59/2020 dated 28.02.2020 has requested further period of three months time to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.17 & 18 of 2014.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of three months time is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.17 & 18 of 2014.
