ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's husband's name as W/o. Kanniyappan in cause title instead of W/o.Thanikasalam in order dated 13.05.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.10908 of 2026.
2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only the name has been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in order dated 13.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.10908 of 2026.
3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition and the order and issue corrected order copy to the parties. 29-05-2026 NSL/SHL Note:
