Mr.S.N.Subramani Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of H.M.O.P. No.52 of 2026 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee. 3.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P. No.52 of 2026 before the Sub Court, Poonamallee seeking for dissolution of her marriage with the respondent. The petitioner is a cancer patient. The medical records have also been filed along with this petition.

In such circumstances, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the H.M.O.P. No.52 of 2026.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.52 of 2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the Sub Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.52 of 2026, after completion of the pleadings, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
