This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the Hon'ble VII Small Causes Court in R.C.A.No.36 of 2018 confirming the order dated 29.06.2017 passed by the Hon'ble XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai in R.C.O.P.No.1998 of 2013 . 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
