O R D E R

This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.10.2019, passed in W.P.No.30997 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation submitted by the writ petitioner pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 22.10.2019 has not been considered by the authorities. 3.However, the contempt petition now instituted after a lapse of five years from the date of passing of the order is not entertainable in view of the limitation contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed.
