ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) An undertaking has been filed by the seventh respondent. It is accepted by them that they will carry out the necessary works of the construction of the class rooms and toilet facilities in two schools as specified by the Government. The construction would be undertaken through the personnel engaged by the seventh respondent, but can be supervised by the Public Works Department.

2. The aforesaid would bring the present litigation to close, subject to the due performance of the undertaking by the seventh respondent.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
