This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 24.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2704 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26200 of 2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on monthly twice i.e. 1st and 5th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
