ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent dated 03.09.2014, thereby demanding infrastructure and basic amenities charges to the tune of Rs.17,30,300/-. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the demand notice impugned in this writ petition, the payment was already made by the petitioner.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
