The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.10.2008 and 10.3.2010 to pay death cum retirement benefits of late one Mr.Iruthayaraj, who worked as a Junior Assistant in the respondent corporation.
