..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to return the fee amount of Rs.24,975/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five Only) paid in respect of the pending document No.P/Purasaivakkam 232/2019 by considering representation dated 31.03.2021 along with interest and for consequential benefits.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to return the fee amount of Rs.24,975/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five Only) paid in respect of the pending document No.P/Purasaivakkam 232/2019 by considering representation dated 31.03.2021 along with interest and for consequential benefits.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted on instructions that the Authorities https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned are now ready to refund the amount to the petitioner, provided that the petitioner furnishes necessary particulars for transferring the fund through ECS.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that necessary particulars would be provided to the Authorities concerned within a period of one week.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the Authorities too would refund the amount within a period of two

(2) weeks after the petitioner has furnished the particulars required.

5. In view of the said statement, nothing more requires to be adjudicated in this matter.
