This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgement passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in S.C.No.94/2023 dated 18.04.2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
