This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 25.06.2018 and to return his original title deeds.

Heard Mr.C.Samadharma Arasu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mrs.T.Girija, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the second respondent. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.06.2018 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 25.06.2018 and a copy of this order.

Resultantly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
