2. Taking note of the contents of the impugned order, the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, 20 F, Chinna Muthu Street, Erode, is suo motu impleaded as the 9th respondent in both the Writ Petitions. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 09.12.2024.
