We asked the petitioner as to what are his solutions and whether he even understood what is the level of pollution as reflected by the SPM levels indicated through scientific means every morning in newspapers. He is completely unaware of the subject. 2.The P.I.L. jurisdiction cannot be utilised only for the sake of publicity.
