This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing Criminal Appeal as against the order dated 07.01.2024 made in Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2023 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 86 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
