O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to furnish the statement of accounts in respect of auction of petitioner's 1/5

property and refund the balance amount to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the petitioner was furnished with the statement of accounts in respect of auction of his property.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratified the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and sought for liberty of this Court to approach the Competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition and accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed with a liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs.
