This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4900 of 2023 on 02.03.2023 to report before the trial Court for every hearing regularly without fail and apart from that, he shall appear before the trial court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of six months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
