This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the petitioner as Rajkumar instead of Jayakumar in Crl.O.P.No.14372 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to urgency while filing the anticipatory bail application during vacation, the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned and it was realized only later while perusing the First Information Report. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that so far the petitioner has not deposited a sum of Rs.5000/- to the charitable trust as directed by this Court.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

5. Further, the time to execute the surety and to comply with the remaining conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2025 is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 09.07.2025 ham Note :
