This petition has been filed to extend time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
