This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the ex parte order dated 27.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.23535 of 2017, by which the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and to restore the writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to restore the writ petition and post the same on 28.01.2026.
