No A3.1228/2012-III dated 27.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent herein to give the cheque drawing power to the Petitioner pursuant to the representation dated 11.03.2013. 1/4

O R D E R
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states the tenure of the Petitioner as President of the Village Panchayat has lapsed in the year 2016 after the filing of the Writ Petition. In such circumstances, the relief sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
