Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 07.07.2025 before the second respondent seeking cancellation of sub-division earlier made in Survey No.334. The second respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will hear all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. The contentions of the interested parties have not been foreclosed.
