ORDER

The petitioner had earlier filed the writ petition in W.P.No.10185 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already withdrew W.P.No.10851 of 2021 in view of the impugned order. W.P.No.20108 of 2021 has been filed to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2021 to revoke the suspension order and pass an appropriate orders within a period of 45 days from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further submitted that the respondents have not paid any subsistence allowance to the petitioner though the petitioner was suspended. This writ petition is disposed by directing the respondent to pay the subsistence allowance including arrears within a period of 30 days from today in terms of the applicable rules. The respondent shall also endeavour to complete the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
