Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in PEN 13 / III/DAR/11307590/13-14/ADK dated 04.04.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to sanction the pension proposal of the petitioner.
