[RESPONDENT] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Service Commission herein to release the petitioner's Main Version Response Sheet along with other 16 Versions of the Response Sheet pertaining to the Register Number 48121093 in the Computer Based Test Examination for the post of Assistant Medical Officer Siddha-2012, in the Department of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy included in the Tamil Nadu Medical Service, conducted by the respondent Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, to determine the marks scored by the petitioner in the said examination and consequently, to proceed with further selection process to select and appoint the petitioner in the post of Assistant Medical Officer, Siddha, on merit, by applying the Rules of Reservation, with all service benefits.
