O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.14461 of 2025. At the time of filing the anticipatory bail application, the petitioner had voluntarily come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the Ray of Light Foundation, Account No.50100078904233, HDFC Bank, IFSC Code HDFC0001864, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. 1/4

2. This Court, taking note of the petitioner's willingness to contribute to a charitable cause, and despite the fact that the petitioner was found in possession of 31 bottles of brandy, each containing 180ml was pleased to grant anticipatory bail. The condition imposed was to be complied with within two weeks.

3. Now, after a lapse of two months, the petitioner has filed the present petition stating that he is unable to mobilize the said amount of Rs.25,000/-. He further submits that he has been falsely implicated in the case and is confident of proving her innocence.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner now expresses readiness to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the said Foundation.

5. In view of the same, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the said amount and also to execute the sureties, if not already done.

6. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. In the event of the petitioner failing to comply with the conditions within the stipulated period, the anticipatory bail granted earlier shall stand automatically cancelled, and the respondent police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

7. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is 2/4
