The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 336, 304(A) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that as of now, FIR has been registered in Crime No.259 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 336 and 304(A) IPC.

3. Considering the above fact and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court.
