JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Chandrasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

2. We are not inclined to entertain the present appeal, as the learned Single Judge has only observed that enquiry can be conducted under Section 83 of the Registration Act. The submission of the learned Special Government Pleader was recorded that respondent No.2 will independently consider the complaint made by the writ petitioner and deal with the same under the Registration Act. It is pursuant to the same, the order was passed.

The writ appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
