The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from putting up any culvert across the Sellancheri-Keezhkumaramangalam Road, abutting New S.No.149/1, 1.21.5 hectares in Sellancheri Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have no proposal for putting up any new culvert from West to East for the reason that already there are two culverts in the said place.

3.Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
