This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6079 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.328 of 2022.
3. Considering the submission made n, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
