O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed to call for the record in Clause 4(a) of the Advertisement No.590, Notification No.10 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to relax the age limit for the open category candidates also for the appointment to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the issue involved in this petition has already been covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.11770 of 2018 (batch) (S.Maruthuseshan and others vs. The Secretary and others) and in W.P.No.95 of 2020 (batch) (N.S.Sivakumar Vs. The Additional Chief Secretary and others) and he has also produced a copy of the same.
4. This Court after having perused the said order is fully convinced that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the said orders
passed by the learned Division Bench.
5. In the light of the above, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and nothing survives for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any shall stand closed.
