ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue has filed this habeas corpus petition pursuant to the complaint given to produce her before this Court.

2.The instructions given by the second respondent to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would reveal that this is a third time the detenue has left the home for the reasons known to her. Apparently, she was not happy at home. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands closed. However, our observation being only prima facie in nature, the second respondent shall make an endeavour to trace the detenue.
