..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Letter No.41134/A3/2013 dated 31.12.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's pay in the scale of Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4400/- with effect from 01.01.2006 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

The writ petition has been filed regarding fixation of pay. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner died on 02.11.2014 itself. This being the factum, the respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the lis, made a submission that no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
