Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of exemption of court fee for a sum fo Rs.24,000/- in the above appeal and to pass such or further orders as this Hon'ble Court.(IN CMP.No.17229/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SALEEM FATHIMA P.T., Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.

2.The petitioner was the claimant before the Tribunal and he sought compensation of Rs.20,00,000/-, but the Tribunal has awarded Rs.17,55,424/-. This appeal has been preferred seeking enhancement of compensation.

3.Since the Tribunal has passed award in favour of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant exemption from payment of Court Fee. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
