The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the Respondents to close the home loan account (No.31422112070) of the Petitioner as on 16.08.2011 (the date of death of the husband of the Petitioner) as per Clause 7 of the Home Loan Arrangement Letter of the 1st Respondent dated 23.08.2010 and to refund the excess amount paid towards the home loan to the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/State Bank of India made a submission that the issues between the parties were already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
