Despite opportunities granted to the appellant to get along with the case, when the appeals are taken up today, once again, adjournment is sougth on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, 'the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Coimbatore Housing Unit, Tatabad, Coimbatore 641 012' is directed to be present before this Court along with the files relating to land acquisition proceedings in question and also file a list of dates and events relating to the same on the next hearing date. It has to be stated whether an award has been passed and also whether compensation has been deposited or otherwise.

The aforesaid official shall be present before this Court on 11.07.2024 at 10.30a.m along with the relevant files and other details as stated supra.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to inform the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer about the order passed by this Court today either over telephone or through electronic mode of communication.
