ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.13137 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
