ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment under compassionate ground by forwarding his request for age relaxation to the Committee constituted as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

G.O.Ms.No.155 Labour and Employment Department dated 16.07.1993, within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner crossed the eligible age limit and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
